WHAT YOU WILL NEED to make the most of your experience with us:

1. We recommend that you access the event from a desktop or laptop computer, Chrome is recommended. The event will be accessible via mobile or tablet, but a computer is preferred for the full experience.

2. Download the ZOOM app (free acct. is fine) - Zoom will be required to enter many of the interactive experiences. The platform is super user-friendly so please familiarize yourself with it in advance.

3. You'll also need an internet connection worthy of viewing streaming video...most folks should have this.

 

...and to fully take advantage of the many interactive rooms and environments, we ENCOURAGE the following:

1. Costumes: PUT A LI’L EFFORT IN YOUR ATTIRE...blinged-Onesies, 80's jazzercise, clown, masquerade mask, bathing suits, birthday suits or any outlandish costumes suiting your fancy.

2. Web-camera w/ mic to move around your home as instructed/desired.

3. Decorated space / ZOOM virtual backdrop:  You can create your own physical environment or create a “virtual backdrop” in your Zoom-Room (“Video” icon lower left menu bar)

4. Props/ Prep Materials: Some rooms require advanced preparation

Is there a min age limit to participate?

This event is an 18+ event due to mature content. Although VdV Entertainment, LLC and Vau de Vire Society cannot absolutely control whether minors gain unauthorized access to the event, access may be terminated without warning if we believe that you are underage, violate the code of conduct, or are otherwise ineligible.

 

Where does this event take place?

This is a virtual event and we invite you to participate from the comfort of your own home. How does the ticket gain exclusive access for its holder? Ticket holder will gain access (via login) to room and interactive experiences through our secure event portal.

 

What are the tech recommendations/requirements to participate?

How do you redeem your ticket purchase?

The week of the event we will send an email with event instructions, additional details, and recommendations on how to take your Voila! Save the Circus! experience to the next level. This email will also include access links and passwords for virtual interactive rooms and experiences.

 

Do we need to sign-in to access the event rooms and experiences?

Yes, you will need your email and password you created during the ticketing process to sign-in. For your own privacy and safety, we recommend people do not share personal login/password information with others. We will never ask you for you login/password in an unsolicited email or phone call.

 

Out of work and can’t afford a ticket?

We have a limited amount of low income tickets available, email us at community@vaudeviresociety.com to inquire. What doesn’t my ticket payment (or donation) go toward? Ticket purchases and donations go directly to the support of Vau de Vire Society and all performers/cast/crew. Thank you so much for your support!
